What We Collect

Information you submit through the contact form (name, email, phone, role, the type of dispute, whether a case is pending, a general description, and how you prefer to be contacted); when you book a free consultation, your name, email, phone, role, the type of dispute, the time you choose, and whether you’d like a phone call or Zoom; when you book a date, your name, email, phone, and role, the session, format, and date you choose, the names of the parties and any attorneys (with emails if you give them), the type of case, and whether a lawsuit, arbitration, or court order is involved; when we invoice you, the name and email the invoice goes to and the amount; when you sign the agreement to mediate online, your name, email, initials, and signature (drawn or typed), the time of each step, and your IP address, approximate location (estimated from the IP address), and device, to show the signature is yours; and basic anonymous site analytics. No card or bank details are collected or stored on this website.

How It’s Used

To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, check for conflicts of interest, reserve booked dates, send booking emails, agreements to sign, and invoices, and keep records of our mediations. Not sold or shared for advertising.

Services Used

Cloudflare (hosting, the database for messages and bookings, analytics, spam protection, and sign-in to our internal records), Google Calendar (checking open dates and holding booked dates; the calendar entry shows a reference number, not names), Resend (contact, booking, and signing emails, including signed copies), and Stripe (invoices and payment; you pay on Stripe’s own page, and we never see your card or bank details). Each has its own privacy practices.

Retention And Contact

We keep contact form messages for 2 years and booking records, including invoices and signed agreements, for 7 years, then delete them. To ask us to delete your information sooner, email [email protected]. We will delete it unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
